SALES & DISCOUNTS
All sales and discount codes advertised on The One Rose AU are valid online only, unless otherwise specified. Please email contact@theonerose.com.au for any additional details or queries about sales.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. We also cannot exchange, refund or replace lost or stolen cards.

DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched using the most appropriate service for the individual item.
Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number for your parcel.
The One Rose AU will make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered within their expected time frames, however, cannot be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control.
The One Rose AU is not liable for any damage caused to goods during domestic transit.
